**1. Registration and Payment:**
- To secure a spot, participants must complete registration by purchasing a ticket.
- Full or partial payment with approved payment plan is required upon registration to confirm your place at the retreat.
- Payment includes 3 nights standard accommodation, meals (3 dinners, 3 breakfast vouchers, and two lunches), non-alcoholic beverages, and access to all retreat activities. Alcoholic beverages are not included but can be purchased for an additional cost.

**2. Cancellation Policy:**
- Cancellations made w/in 30 days of purchase or first payment will receive a full refund
-Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event but after the first 30 days will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event.
- In the event of a cancellation by the organizers, a full refund will be provided.

**3. Accommodation:**
- Special accommodation requests must be made at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
-event organizers are not responsible for transportation to and from the venue.
-all additional travel related expenses (such as flights) are the responsibility of the attendee.

**4. Liability:**
- The organizers are not responsible for personal injuries or loss of/damage to personal belongings during the retreat.
- Participants are advised to arrange their own travel insurance.

**5. Program Changes:**
- The retreat organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule or speakers if necessary.
- No refunds will be given due to changes in the schedule, speaker line-up, or activity calendar.

**6. Conduct:**
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
- The organizers reserve the right to ask a participant to leave if they are disrupting the retreat. No refund will be given in such cases.

**7. Health and Safety:**
- Participants must inform the organizers of any dietary restrictions or medical conditions that may affect their participation in the retreat.
- COVID-19 measures and guidelines as per the local health authorities must be adhered to.

**8. Privacy Policy:**
- Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of organizing the retreat and will not be shared with third parties.

**9. Video and Photography**
-By participating in this retreat, attendees understand and agree that they may be photographed or videotaped during the event.
-Participants hereby grant the organizers and their affiliates the irrevocable right and permission to use such photographs and videos in all forms and media for purposes including advertising, marketing, and other promotional activities.
-Attendees acknowledge that participation in the retreat confers no rights of ownership or royalties of any kind.
-The images and videos may be used without further notification or compensation to the participants.
-Attendees who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must inform the retreat organizers in writing prior to the event.

**10. Agreement to Terms:**
- By completing the registration, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
